Dec 18, 2012
British heritage brand Burberry has unveiled Romeo Beckham, the 10-year-old son of Victoria and David Beckham, as one of the faces of its spring/summer 2013 advertising campaign.
Shot by Mario Testino, Romeo joins regular Burberry stars Edie Campbell and Charlie France in the new, global advertising campaign, wearing an iconic Burberry trench coat.
Overseen by Burberry’s Christopher Bailey, the rest of the campaign will also feature Cara Delevingne, Charlotte Wiggins, Alex Dunstan, and another newcomer, model Max Rendell. Further images and videos will be revealed both throughout the season online and offline including on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Google+, Instagram, and Pinterest as well as outdoor and print advertising and online via Burberry’s website.
Commenting on the latest Burberry campaign, Bailey said: “This season’s campaign lights up with the infectious energy of an amazing young cast of old and new Burberry family. Cara, Edie, Charlotte, Charlie and Alex are joined by Max and Romeo, who was a joy to work with and really stole the show.”
