Fashion East’s Man showcase in partnership with Topman, which supports emerging menswear designers, is adding two new designers to its line-up for the June catwalk during London Collections: Men.

Menswear designer Charles Jeffery will return to the catwalk for the second time, joined by two newcomers, Chinese-born Royal College of Art graduate Feng Chen Wang, who has been shortlisted for the LVMH Prize, and Swedish-born designer Per Götesson, who is still studying for his MA in menswear at the Royal College of Art and will be graduating in June shortly before the show.

“I am properly delighted about June’s Man – our really exciting new names will join Charles Jeffrey who’s back from his brilliantly buzzy debut with us last season,” said Fashion East’s founder and director Lulu Kennedy. “We’re also adding an element of presentation into the runway event, which I’m really into.”

Topman creative director, Gordon Richardson, added: “Following on from last season’s exceptional Man line-up, this season delivers on talent yet again. I can’t wait to see what Charles Jeffrey comes back with and am excited to see what newcomers Feng Chen Wang and Per Götesson add to the Man mix.”

The trio following in the footsteps of Man alumni including Kim Jones, JW Anderson, Craig Green Christopher Shannon, and Astrid Andersen, as well as last season’s designers and Rory Parnell-Mooney and Grace Wales Bonner, who has a standalone show for spring/summer 2017 during London Collections: Men.

The designers will showcase during a group show on June 10 at the Topman showspace. Each designer will also receive financial sponsorship, mentoring and a place in a top international sales showroom in Paris.
