Look inside: IFA Paris Istanbul launches new campus in historical building

IFA Paris Istanbul will continue its educational practices in their new place located in Beyoğlu, Istanbul from now on. The new campus, called Campuz Mizzi, is located in the historical building Apartment Mizzi, where it got its name from.

With the new campus of IFA Paris Istanbul wants to consolidate its position in fashion and luxury business education and its portfolio in Europe and Middle East.

"IFA Paris Istanbul embraces open-space learning at Campus Mizzi, where students have the freedom to roam around, interact with other students from various modules and inspire and help each other. The Istanbul team believes that the fields such as fashion and arts which require creativity and deep thinking should not restrain its practitioners and learners to limited spaces and collaborative work and practices will also benefit the design process," according to a press release of IFA Paris.

According to IFA Paris the new approach of teaching "allows student choice of activity that incorporates the events of the city into its learning plan and which applies integration of curriculum areas will surely make an impact and create a new understanding in fashion teaching."
