Marchon Eyewear & Savannah College of Art and Design launch partnership for fashion eyewear design course

Marchon Eyewear Inc. launched a new academic partnership with the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) as the university introduces its inaugural Fashion Eyewear Design course this semester.

The newly launched Fashion Eyewear Design course from SCAD, part of its renowned Accessory Design program, offers students the chance to discover fashion and style together with the technical expertise needed to create cutting-edge eyewear designs.

The new dedicated SCAD Fashion Eyewear Design course, developed in collaboration with industry leader Marchon, will guide students through the art of eyewear design, focusing on technical skills, concept development, construction, merchandising, and industry innovations. Marchon's design and product development team will offer students hands-on learning, expert mentorship, and classroom engagement. Throughout the year, SCAD students gain knowledge and experience in the newest tools available for eyewear design and develop their own distinct design styles.
