Instituto Europeo di Design (IED) Madrid and Barcelona have launched IED Next, a virtual platform where graduate students can showcase their final projects and creations.
IED Next is a collaborative project that focuses on the following areas at IED: Fashion, Visual Communication, Product Development, Interior Design, Transport and Management and Design Strategies.
The aim of the platform is to stimulate students and to help them discover their entrepreneurial spirit, IED Spain explained to FashionUnited via email. It will also help the IED schools in Spain connect graduate students directly with the business world.
IED has been operating in the fields of education and research in the disciplines of design, fashion, visual communication and management since 1966. The university is located in Brazil, Italy and Spain and currently has 13,000 students.
