From sustainability in fashion to textile design and video editing: the Pontedera School of Advanced Training launches a program of 30 short courses that are also for companies and professionals in a long life learning key, with distance learning during the summer period.
"The web does not replace the live experience, but integrates it,” says director Alessandro Bertini.
Professional preparation and digital skills: this is the mix that is required by the labour market in the fashion and communication universe. And from this point of view the digital innovation of Istituto Modartech, started the School of Advanced Training based in Pontedera, hub of technology in Tuscany: the courses of the future will integrate the laboratory approach to e-learning.
From fashion sustainability to digital illustration, from textile design to CAD modeling for clothing and accessories, passing through video editing and development of the visual identity of a brand: short courses (from 8 to 20 hours) designed to acquire introductory skills or to perfect your training in fashion and communication.
The digital teaching program is meant for students and former students, but is also available for companies and professionals, in terms of updating and long life learning. There is also the possibility to customize the course according to specific business needs. "A complex and articulated proposal - says Alessandro Bertini, Director of Istituto Modartech - designed to offer new opportunities also to foreign students.
"Online courses are a proposal that complements the current offer and does not replace courses in presence. The lockdown - underlines Bertini - has convinced us even more of the need for a laboratory and professionalizing approach that allows students to live practical and concrete experiences. The evolution will be to integrate live lessons, workshops and online support, in a blended formula".
