Forbes magazine has teamed up with Statista for the second time to identify the 300 best employers for women in the United States. The list was compiled by surveying 60,000 Americans, of whom 40,000 were women, working for businesses with at least 1,000 employees. Respondents were asked to rate the organizations they work for on factors such as working conditions, diversity and how likely they are to recommend their employer to a job seeker.

A total of 25 fashion companies have made this year’s list, four more compared to 2018. Outdoor brand REI Co-op was the best-ranked fashion company this year, snatching the 21st position, followed by Tapestry, which came in the 24th place. Last year’s winner, H&M, fell from 24th to 33rd.
