Scott Schenkel replaces Devin Wenig as eBay's interim CEO

eBay Inc. has appointed Scott Schenkel, most recently the company’s senior vice president and chief financial officer, as interim Chief Executive Officer. The company announced through a statement that this is appointment follows Devin Wenig stepping down as president and CEO, and a director of the company. The company also said that Andy Cring, eBay’s vice president, global financial planning and analysis, has been appointed to serve as interim Chief Financial Officer. The company reaffirmed its full year guidance of organic FX-neutral revenue growth of 2 percent to 3 percent, non-GAAP EPS of 2.70 dollars to 2.75 dollars per share and GAAP EPS of 1.97dollars to 2.07 dollars per share.
