Authentic Brands Group completes Nine West, Bandolino acquisition

Authentic Brands Group LLC (ABG), has announced the completion of Nine West and Bandolino acquisition from Nine West Holdings, Inc. Through this purchase, the company said, ABG increases its footwear and accessories business to over 2 billion dollars in global retail sales, further establishing its position as a leader in the fashion footwear space, and bringing its brand portfolio to nearly 8 billion dollars in global retail sales.
