Today over 46 million Brits will brave the storms to cast their vote in a referendum on whether the UK should remain a member of the European Union, or cut its ties and leave, causing a Brexit.

Marking the third nationwide referendum in UK history, numerous fashion industry leaders have voiced their opinions on the campaigns, including Dame Vivienne Westwood, Christopher Bailey and Christopher Kane.

"We know our firms are stronger in Europe," reads a letter signed by business leaders such as Anya Hindmarch, Christopher Raeburn and Mary Katrantzou, which was published on the Stronger in Europe website on Wednesday. "Our reasons are straightforward: businesses and their employees benefit massively from being able to trade inside the world’s largest single market without barriers."

With 10 hours left to vote, the pendulum could still swing either way. FashionUnited asks its readers their thoughts on the EU referendum and if they feel the UK fashion industry would be better off in or out the EU?
