Boohoo proposes appointment of former THG CEO to Revolution Beauty board

Boohoo, the beneficial owner of approximately 26.6 percent stake in Revolution Beauty, has now proposed the appointment of ex-THG executive Rachel Horsefield to the latter’s board.
