Charlotte Moore, editor-in-chief of InStyle UK, is expanding her role to become Digital Content Director across Time Inc. UK’s fashion and beauty portfolio, including Look.co.uk and Marieclaire.co.uk.

Commenting on this new development, Justine Southall, Time Inc. UK’s Managing Director, fashion & beauty, said in a statement: “Charlotte has done a fantastic job at InStyle and I’m delighted she is taking on this new role. The sharing of best-in-class knowledge and expertise throughout our teams will help to drive digital growth and engagement across Marie Claire’s premium audience, InStyle’s young urban fashionistas and Look’s younger millennials.”

InStyle witnesses positive growth since re-launch in March

The company added in a statement that since its re-launch in March this year, InStyle has witnessed a 48 percent growth, to reach 950 thousand users, driven by the social-first, content-led strategy devised by Moore and InStyle digital editor Suzannah Ramsdale.

Alongside her role at InStyle, Moore will now work with Trish Halpin, editor-in-chief of Marie Claire, to continue the editorial development of Marieclaire.co.uk. The site, the company said, has continued to grow since its 2016 refresh, and today reaches more than two million unique users.

In addition, the company announced that Holly Rains is promoted to digital editor of Marieclaire.co.uk. Rains, who joined the team as deputy digital editor in May 2016, has helped to drive the brand’s traffic to an all-time high.
