Chris Harris appointed Group Property Director at John Lewis

The John Lewis Partnership has appointed Chris Harris as Group Property Director. The company said that Harris will join the John Lewis Partnership on March 1, 2018, reporting Group Finance Director Patrick Lewis.

Harris joins from Arcadia, where he was group property and procurement director and member of the board. He has spent his career in the property sector starting as a surveyor at Chestertons, before moving into retail property management, working at Blockbuster Entertainment as Vice President of Operations for the UK and a member of the board. Harris joined Arcadia in 2007.

The John Lewis Partnership operates 48 John Lewis shops across the UK, Johnlewis.com and business to business contracts in the UK and abroad. The business has annual gross sales of over 11 billion pounds (14 billion dollars).
