Gildan Activewear announces two board of director nominations

Gildan Activewear’s board of directors has nominated Shirley E. Cunningham and Patrik Frisk as director nominees to be voted on by the company’s shareholders at its upcoming annual meeting of shareholders to be held on May 4, 2017 in Montreal, Quebec.
