Report

Stacey Cartwright, CEO of Harvey Nichols, will be assuming a new role of Deputy Chairman with effect from January, 1 2018, a statement from the company said. The company added that this new role will enable her to retain oversight of the continued evolution of the Harvey Nichols brand under the leadership of two new Co-Chief Operating Officers Daniela Rinaldi and Manju Malhotra, while pursuing other non-executive interests. She will continue to report into Harvey Nichols Chairman and owner, Sir Dickson Poon.

Commenting on the management restructure, Stacey Cartwright said in the statement: “Daniela and Manju each bring a wealth of experience to their new roles, with highly complementary skill sets. I'm delighted to be announcing their promotions and I look forward to working alongside them.

Rinaldi, currently group commercial director and Malhotra, currently group finance director of Harvey Nichols, will be taking on the new roles of Co-COO, with dual reporting into Cartwright and Poon, with effect from January 1, 2018. Under this new structure, they will assume joint responsibility for the day to day running of the business and will participate fully in the on-going strategic development of the group.
