Joules appoints Chief Customer Officer

British lifestyle brand Joules has appointed Lysa Hardy as Chief Customer Officer as the company restructures its e-commerce and marketing teams to supports the brand's ongoing growth.

Hardy is set to join the team at Joules on September 5th. In her new role, she will take over arching responsibility for the brand's marketing and e-commerce strategies. She will be reportedly directly to Joules Chief Executive Officer Colin Porter. Prior to joining the team at Joules she was Chief Operating Officer at Holland & Barrett, where she was responsible for e-commerce, marketing, CRM and PR. Hardy had also held senior roles with T-Mobile, Orange and RAC.

"We’re delighted to welcome Lysa to Joules. As a brand, we have a fantastic relationship with our customers and Lysa’s expertise and experience will help us to further develop our thinking on increasing customer value across all channels," commented Joules CEO Colin Porter.

Her appointment comes as Joules' Marketing Director Ronny Helvey steps back from his role, after serving the brand for seven years. Helvey is set to become Director of Creative Service, where he will continue to manage Joule internal design agency. Ralph Percival will continue to serve in his role as E-commerce Director, taking responsibility for e-commerce operations.
