Lisa Payne and J. Paul Raines join JCPenney Board

J. C. Penney Company has elected Lisa A. Payne, Vice Chairman of Taubman Center, and J. Paul Raines, Chief Executive Officer of GameStop Corporation, to its board of directors.

Both are highly experienced leaders with deep knowledge of retail and finance. The company recently also announced actions to enhance its organisational structure and promote collaboration in support of its leading private brand portfolio.
