Thomas Dressendörfer appointed as new CFO of Tom Tailor

The Supervisory Board of Tom Tailor Holding has appointed Thomas Dressendörfer to the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company effective July 1, 2016. In this role he will head the departments of finance and accounting, controlling, investor relations, human resources and legal affairs. He succeeds Axel Rebien who is leaving the company by mutual consent. Rebien has been CFO of Tom Tailor Holding since 2005.

“With Thomas Dressendörfer we have acquired an experienced and highly skilled financial expert. His broad expertise will be particularly valuable in the further development of a strategically oriented finance management and in supporting the international activities of our company. I am convinced that he will make an important contribution to the profitable growth of Tom Tailor Group and I am looking forward to working with him,” said Uwe Schröder, Supervisory Board Chairman of Tom Tailor Holding.

Dressendörfer has gathered extensive experience as the CFO of listed companies and major corporate divisions and regions. He previously held CFO positions at Swiss implant manufacturer Straumann and technology firm Uster Technologies, also based in Switzerland. During the course of his career he has also held senior finance positions at Randstad, The Nielsen Company and Procter & Gamble. As an independent consultant he recently advised companies on complex business projects and restructurings.
