Under Armour has new Chief Operating People and Culture Officer

Tchernavia Rocker has been announced by sportswear brand Under Armour as its new Chief People and Culture Officer, effective from February. Reporting to CEO Kevin Plan, she is tasked with leading all aspects of the company’s human resources. Rocker is joining Under Armour from Harley-Davidson, where she spent more than 18 years in senior HR roles.
