Zumiez net sales in June decline 0.6 percent

Total net sales for the five-week period ended July 2, 2016 at Zumiez decreased 0.6 percent to 66.6 million dollars, compared to 67 million dollars for the five-week period ended July 4, 2015. The company's comparable sales decreased 4.5 percent for the period under review against the comparable sales decrease of 3.3 percent in the year ago period.

Zumiez, a specialty retailer of apparel, footwear, accessories and hardgoods for young men and women operated 670 stores, including 601 in the United States, 44 in Canada, and 25 in Europe as of July 2, 2016.
