Dior will be joining the fashionable festivities as a precursor to Art Basel Miami this year, and celebrating with a Dior menswear show staged across from the Rubell Museum. The show is set to take place on December 3, two days before the official kickoff of Art Basel.

The Dior men's show is a sort of preview to the officially opening of the Rubell Museum to the public. The Rubell Museum, formerly known as The Rubell Family Collection, was formerly located in Miami's Wynwood neighborhood, but has moved to a new, larger industrial space in Allapattah.

The Rubell Museum will officially open on December 4 with a massive art show featuring over 300 works by 100 different artists. Some notable artists included are fashion industry favorites Cindy Sherman, Jeff Koons, and Yayoi Kusama.

Dior menswear creative director Kim Jones has collaborated with artists for the menswear collections in the past, and with this show coinciding with Art Basel he has already teased that he's working with someone who is technically an artist, but not in the traditional sense. He described this person to WWD as someone who does brilliant line work, but doesn't officially come from an artist background. He's been very mum as to who his next collaboration is with, but Dior fans are eagerly anticipating.
