Rebecca Minkoff designs holiday bottles

Rebecca Minkoff is in the holiday spirit. The designer has collaborated with Chandon sparkling wine for a 2016 limited-edition holiday collection that will hit shelves on October 1.

“Nothing is better during the holidays than being with your friends, family and loved ones,” said Minkoff to WWD. She explained that she wanted to focus on the Millennial consumer who wants to show up to an event “with something that’s more than just a bottle.”

For the collaboration she designed two different bottles for the Chandon Brut. Of course, she featured her signature studs pattern. One bottle was designed in gold while the other was in white.

The price point for the bottle is 24 dollars on Chandon.com and between 20 and 24 dollars at liquor stores. The sparking wine will be on sale from October 1 to January 1, 2017.

Chandon will be promoting it through a very digital heavy campaign involving social media and internet channels.
