Vans outgrows its previous headquarters; moves to Costa Mesa

Vans, skate and footwear brand, recently just unveiled a new headquarters. The California-based brand has moved to Costa Mesa from Cypress, showcasing a new office.

The building gives away the announcement with a black-and-white checkerboard design, which is one of the shoewear brand’s well-known staple designs. The building also has text that reads “Future Home of Vans,” which can further confirm the new headquarters. Located in the new area, the office makes a shift from its original home in Cypress. The reason for the move was not disclosed by the company, but according to Apparel News, the brand is “at a time of growth.” As reported by the publication, the brand outgrew its previous headquarters.

According to VF Corp., the company has been doing better in revenue. Recently, Vans increased four percent in revenue, which shows promise for the retail brand, while retailers still seem to struggle with mall decline. It seems that the new move may show promise for bigger things to come from Vans.
