Iconix Brand Group, Inc. Expands Starter’s Presence In Korea With New Licensing Deal

New York, New York – May 9, 2019 – Iconix Brand Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: ICON) has entered into a new three-year licensing agreement with Sparks Glencoe Korea Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of FILA Korea Ltd., that will expand STARTER, the iconic premium athletic brand, further into the Korean market. STARTER is one of 30 brands in Iconix Brand Group’s portfolio of consumer brands. Iconix owns, licenses and markets its brands through a network of leading retailers and manufacturers that touch every major segment of retail distribution in both the U.S. and worldwide.

Under the new agreement, Sparks Glencoe Korea Co., Ltd. will have the exclusive license to design, manufacture and market STARTER and STARTER Black Label footwear and underwear in Korea. The new STARTER collections are set to launch at retail later this year.
