The OFFPRICE Orlando Market and IFJAG Jewelry Show, held in the heart of sunny Orlando, Florida, celebrated a successful collaboration that brought quality buyers from around the world. "Our launch show in Orlando, while smaller than our flagship show in Las Vegas, proved that it's not about quantity but quality. We meticulously curated the right retailers to match the diverse and exciting offerings of our 60+ exhibitors" according to Tricia Barglof, Executive Director OFFPRICE Sector.

By strategically promoting and marketing the show to the international market, we successfully attracted buyers from Latin America, the Caribbean, and Mexico as well as the East Coast and surrounding states. Joining forces with the IFJAG show brought attendees more opportunity and diversity of product. At the end of the day, we are proud to have created a dynamic platform for connections and commerce, reinforcing that Orlando is a compelling destination for the global trade community.

The Orlando Market took place at the Orange County Convention Center, October 17 and 18, 2023 and the strategic location drew international retailers from over a dozen countries. The convenience of Florida as a host state played a crucial role in attracting a diverse range of businesses eager to source wholesale brands, excess inventory, immediates, and cost-friendly goods to maximize retailers’ year- round buying power.

The event introduced several new features, including educational sessions, hosted lunches, and an opening night cocktail party that set it apart from the traditional Las Vegas show experience. The education sessions received a warm reception from attendees, reaffirming our commitment to providing relevant and valuable content alongside the exhibition. Attendees were able to learn about industry trends, business strategies, and innovative techniques to assist stores with margins during this challenging era of retail. Due to the positive feedback, we are pleased to announce that we will continue to offer these educational opportunities in future Orlando shows.

The hosted lunches served as an excellent platform for networking and forging valuable business connections. Attendees had the opportunity to share ideas, discuss collaborations, and build relationships while enjoying the complimentary lunches.

The opening night cocktail party was the perfect way to kick off the event, bringing together exhibitors and buyers in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. It fostered an environment of camaraderie and set the tone for a successful trade show experience. The one theme that came out of this new East Coast market was the time available that retailers had to book more focused meetings with vendors. A luxury that most buyers don’t get in Vegas or other markets.

We are delighted with the outcome of the 2023 OFFPRICE Orlando Market. The quality of attendees and the success of the added features such as education and networking opportunities far exceeded our expectations. We are committed to building on this success and making each subsequent show even more valuable for our partners and attendees.

With the overwhelming positive feedback from both exhibitors and buyers, INFORMA, the producers of the OFFPRICE Show, are already preparing for their next edition. As they continue to evolve and innovate, they remain committed to providing a top-notch experience for industry professionals and ensuring that Orlando, Florida, remains an economical destination for those looking for OFFPRICE on the East Coast.

The February 2024 show in Las Vegas has shifted to start Tuesday, February 13 through Friday, February 16, 2024 due to Las Vegas hosting the NFL’s Big Game. This will help mitigate costs of flights and hotels so it’s more economical for retailers to travel to Las Vegas Fashion Week.
