The 28th edition of INSPIRAMAIS, an exhibit that releases, twice a year, over a thousand different types of materials for the footwear, clothing, furniture and jewelry industries, already has a date set. After the success of the most recent edition, in January, the event returns with new material research, Homo Faber, on July 11 and 12, at Centro de Eventos da Federação das Indústrias do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul (FIERGS), in Porto Alegre/RS.
The superintendent of Agência Brasileira de Promoção de Exportações e Investimentos [Brazilian Exports and Investment Promotion Agency] (ApexBrasil), Silvana Dilly, projects that the next INSPIRAMAIS should follow its trajectory of combining fashion and business in the same environment and once again focusing on sustainability in materials and processes. The executive says that they have already started material development research that will be released in July. “After the Body, Earth and Primal themes, we present Homo Faber, a study that will show how the process of consumption and value generation is created, always with the assertiveness of the Pyramid methodology, which is based on conceptual creation, from development with companies up until it reaches the market”, Silvana highlights, adding that geometry, poetry and handmade will be the keywords of the next collection.

With more than 150 exhibitors of materials and components for the footwear, clothing, furniture and jewelry sectors, INSPIRAMAIS is organized by Assintecal in partnership with Centro das Indústrias de Curtumes do Brasil [Brazilian Tanning Industry Center] (CICB), Associação Brasileira da Indústria Têxtil e de Confecção [Brazilian Textile and Apparel Industry Association] (Abit), Associação Brasileira das Indústrias do Mobiliário [Brazilian Furniture Industry Association] (Abimóvel). The By Brasil Components, Machinery and Chemicals program organized the event along with Sebrae Nacional.
