Las Vegas’ lingerie and swim tradeshow is moving locations this year. CurvExpo is moving from its original location at the Las Vegas Convention Center to Mandalay Bay. The show is still scheduled to go on from August 15-17.

The Las Vegas show has garnered attention for its ability to bring in both buyers and exhibitors for lingerie and swim brands. Curve also has a show in New York as well, produced by French company Eurovet, parent company of CurvExpo. The bi-annual show runs in New York at the end of July and in Las Vegas near mid-August. The show typically features over 450 leading intimate apparel, swim, and men’s underwear brands. After its residency at Las Vegas Convention Center last year, the show is planning to move to the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. This will allow the show to be near UBM’s Project Womens trade fair that will run simultaneously.

Joining the two shows in one location will overall provide a better experience for attendees. “This is excellent news for our exhibitors and visitors who will be immersed in one of the best—if not the best— of the trade shows happening during Las Vegas’ fashion week, showcasing only the best contemporary brands and creating incredible business opportunities,” Pierre-Nicolas Hurstel, chief executive officer of Eurovet Americas, told Apparel News. The two shows coming together will be helpful ultimately for buyers and exhibitors that are coming to Las Vegas for the trade shows.
