Studied Textiles Design at University for the Creative Arts Farnham and graduated in 1995.
Achievements
Held various managerial and strategic posts in fashion and beauty, including Deputy Manager at The Body Shop; buying position at Dorothy Perkins; Product Manager for Oasis stores and Sales and Account Manager for large accessories supplier. The latter position involved trend research in UK and Europe, working with retailers to develop ranges, sourcing factories in Far East and managing critical paths.
Secured and implemented various fashion accounts for Amethyst Group, including SecretSales, Agent Provocateur, Jane Norman, Aquascutum and Cocosa.
Currently working on
Various projects: one logistics solution for high end fashion retailer; one proposal; two contracts; four new client implementations and new case studies for company website.
Objectives
Pursue professional career at Amethyst Group by bringing new fashion retailers, brands and suppliers on board next year. (I love working for Amethyst, I use all my skills and experience whilst working closely with some amazing brands).
Complete 2011 Virgin London Marathon to raise money for Asthma UK. (A challenge as I have never run more than 4 miles before, so training is on schedule).
