Cacharel parts ways with CEO

French fashion house Cacharel confirmed it has parted ways with CEO Pascal d’Halluin after

an appointment that lasted less than a year.

D’Halluin, who started working for the firm on March 19, is leaving by mutual agreement with Cacharel founder and president Jean Bousquet.

Bousquet will make a statement in mid-November regarding the re-organisation of the firm, which is now a licensing operation since the company implemented a restructuring plan in 2010 that involved selling its outlet stores and men’s wear division in order to preserve jobs and fund future development, a spokeswoman said.

The Cacharel brand has gone through multiple changes in management and creative direction in the last few years.
