What started as a two-day event has now been extended to

four days of insight, information and inspiration with the fashion elite. The Fashion Summit 2010 is now being referred to as The Drapers Fashion Week following the addition of two extra dates to the calendar. The annual business event will take place from 15-18 November at the prestigious May Fair Hotel in London.

The event will include creative forums to debate and discuss the key themes and issues that are having an impact on the industry today as well as expert-led workshops and a fashion study tour for attendees, speakers and sponsors hosted by WGSN.

The Queen of Shops Mary Portas is set to host a live presentation where independent retailers will have the opportunity to hear her expertise on how they can improve their business. Attendees will also get the chance to hear the Minister for the Communications, Culture and Creative Industries Ed Vaizey MP talk more on the government’s pledge to support the UK fashion industry.
