Guess? Chairman Marciano retires

Co-founder and Board Director Chairman of Guess? Maurice Marciano decided to

retire as Executive Officer by 28th January 2012. From the end of Guess?’s fiscal year, Marciano will stay on as Non-Executive Chairman of its Board of Directors.

Marciano founded Guess? in 1981, and over the last three decades he served the company as in a number of senior executive positions, including CEO, Co-CEO from 1993 to 2007 and Chairman or Co-Chairman of the Board from 1993 to the present.

From the expiration of his current employment until the next two-year, Marciano has a consulting agreement, under which he’ll provide consulting services to the Guess?. The international company covers designs, markets, distributes and licenses apparel products.
