Iconix Brand Group announces management changes

Fashion company Iconix Brand Group, which owns and licenses

brands including Badgley Mischka, London Fog and Lee Cooper, has promoted Seth Horowitz from president of men's division to chief operating officer at the company.

In addition, Jeff Lupinacci, formerly global chief financial officer of IPG Mediabrands, has been appointed chief financial officer, while Rodney Hutton, previously chief merchandising officer for Anne Klein brands, is joining Iconix as executive vice president of the Men's Division.

Neil Cole, chief executive officer, Iconix Brand Group, said: "I am pleased to announce this new role for Seth, as well as the addition of Jeff and Rodney to the Iconix team. As we continue to grow our worldwide footprint through our powerful portfolio of brands and new acquisitions, it's critical that we have strong talent in place to ensure the ongoing success of our Company.”

These new appointments follow the resignation of Warren Clamen, who served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Iconix since 2008; he is leaving to “pursue other opportunities”.
