Denim and apparel group Levi Strauss & Co has announced a

series of leadership changes to its executive team, including the creation of regional presidents for the Americas, Europe and Asia, as part of its efforts to drive long-term growth.

Seth Ellison, currently President of Levi's Dockers brand, has been appointed President of Europe. In his new position, he will be responsible for the group's business strategy and operations across all brands and channels in the region. He will continue to report into Chip Bergh, President and Chief Executive Officer at Levi Strauss & Co.

Anne Rohosy has been promoted to President of the Americas, where she will be responsible for the company's overall business strategy and operations across all brands and channels in the region. While Roy Bagattini will remain in his current capacity as Executive Vice President LS&Co. and President, Asia Pacific, but will assume additional responsibility for the company's Africa and Middle East operations from November 25.

In addition, the company also announced that Lisa Collier has been promoted to Executive Vice President and President of the global Dockers brand, succeeding Ellison, and will be responsible for managing the strategic direction, and marketing and product development of the Dockers brand.

Commenting on the changes, Bergh said: "This new structure with brands and retail being managed globally, intersecting with strong regional leadership of our business on a pan-brand, omni-channel basis is a natural evolution that will help accelerate our profitable growth by being closer to consumers and competing holistically at the market level.”
