Digital luxury agency Createthe Group is thought to be investigating a security breach involving a number

of its luxury, fashion and retail clients.

Renowned for its innovative commerce solutions, the New York and London-based company offers an e-commerce platform to fashion clients such as Belstaff, Marc Jacbos and Oscar de la Renta.

The alleged security breach could mean its servers were compromised during a review of its systems. The company responded by notifying its clients and appointed a PCI Forensic Investigator comapny to determine if there was a breach of security on its platforms.

The company further stated it would begin the process of retiring its CTS platform, exiting the e-commerce platform business altogether, despite it being a key technology in its mission and profile. On its website Createthe Group states its agency was founded on innovative technology that marries enterprise-level Platform, Software Development, and Systems Integration experiences with best practices for global Digital and Commerce implementations.

Currently Createthe Group’s services span brand strategy, design, content, e-commerce and marketing, with a client list including Burberry, Alexander Wang, Nowness, H&M, Tom Ford and Calvin Klein amongst others.
