Arcadia retailer Topshop has announced a new collaboration with Fashion East designer

 Maarten van der Horst. The first capsule collection for high summer consists of seven pieces that embodies the designer’s core aesthetic of mixing textured industrial fabrics with graphic prints and bold colours.

Maarten van der Horst, a Dutch born London based designer incorporates key inspirations from his spring/summer 2012 mainline range into his first capsule collection for the retailer, which goes on sale on April 20 in the Topshop Oxford Circus and Knightsbridge branches, as well as in the Selfridges concessions plus selected international stores and online at Topshop.com.

Highlights of the collection includes a heavy jacquard fabric is worked into a masculine single breasted jacket, high waisted Bermuda shorts and a Hawaiian shirt, as well as a two silk button-down dresses feature a statement hibiscus flower print in a pallet of tropical blues, greens and burnt oranges. Prices range from £30 - £130.
