The rumors have been confirmed, former The Row and Céline Nadège

Vanhee-Cybulski has officially been named as the successor to Christophe Lemaire at Hermés.

Earlier this week news broke that Lemaire was exiting his role as artistic director of women's ready-to-wear at Hermés after four years to focus on his own eponymous label.

Fellow French designer, Vanhee-Cybulski, first cut her teeth in the industry working at Maison Martin Margiela in Paris, before joining Phoebe Philo at Céline as senior designer. She later was tapped as women's design director for The Row.

“Her talent and her creative track-record will be great assets in the continued development of women's ready-to-wear,” said Axel Dumas, chief executive officer of Hermès, to WWD. “She will devote herself full-time to our house.”
