Arcadia menswear retailer Topman will offer a 360° augmented livestream experience for its

next Topman Design catwalk show taking place during London Collections: Men.

Taking place on Monday, January 7, the show will offer Topman customers a fully interactive experience, not only will viewers be able to watch the show live on 360° cameras they will also be able to interact with show VIPs who will be tweeting live from the front row.

The show will be broadcast live on Facebook as well as via Topman.com to more than 100 countries, and there is also an official Facebook App that launched this week, which will enable fans to enter a competition to win a pair of front row tickets.

During the showcase, fans will be able to scroll left or right, up or down as if they were actually on the front row themselves, and they will be able to use the “shoot the show” function that allows them to snap images to share across social media channels without interrupting the show.

Topman’s Marketing director Jason Griffiths said: “Having streamed the Topman Design show for several seasons now and commenting separately via our social channels we really wanted to try and achieve a multi-faceted live stream experience which amalgamated all in one and make the experience as personal and unique for each viewer.”

Topman has worked with marketing and technology company TBG Digital to create the “multi-faceted” experience.
