Talent launch pad, Vauxhall Fashion Scout, is calling on

aspiring designers to apply for its showcase taking part during London Fashion Week in February, and Paris Fashion Week in March.

Now in its 14th season, VFS is international renowned for showcasing the best emerging designers and has been responsible for launching the careers of a number of designers including Peter Pilotto, David Koma, Eudon Choi, William Tempest, and Hermione de Paula.

Designers can now apply for its Merit Award and Ones To Watch schemes, as well as salon and presentation shows and the opportunity to showcase their collections in its exhibition space.

The closing date for applications is November 16, with successful applicants chosen by a selection panel of fashion industry experts, who will judge the candidates on their creativity, quality and business potential.

“Vauxhall Fashion Scout is the lifeblood of new talent. With thirteen successful seasons of showcasing, Vauxhall Fashion Scout has launched a whole new generation of creative designers. We are at the forefront of discovering and developing future design talent,” said Martyn Roberts, Director - Vauxhall Fashion Scout.

During London Fashion Week the initiative hosts two catwalk halls, an exhibition space and a VIP and media lounge.
