WGSN acquires Stylesight, Inc.

WGSN announced the the successful completion of the acquisition of Stylesight, Inc, a

US-based content and technology solution for creative professionals, in a press release sent out Friday. The acquisition included the merger of their respective operations in the US, as well as any operations abroad for undisclosed sum.

WGSN plans to include the merger in the creation of a new US-based trend and information center in New York, which will consist of researchers, analysts, and trend forecasters from both companies. In the press release, WGSN stated that the 'combined management team looks forward to exploring ways the customer experience will be enhanced.'

The WGSN is a global trend forecasting service that offers advice to a number of business around the world.
