Zara extends e-stores

High-street retailer Zara is expanding into more countries with its e-boutique. Zara online

will launch tomorrow in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Monaco and Switzerland. The web store will also debut this year in the United States and Japan.

The online prices in each country will match those in its high-street stores. Shoppers may make purchases using standard payment methods credit cards and debit cards. The e-store, is constantly updated with new items with the same turnaround as that of actual shops.

Shoppers have their merchandise delivered at no charge for pickup at the Zara store of their choosing. They may also request home delivery by regular post or by express courier. The website offers the same exchanges and returns policy as Zara's high-street locations.

The openings follows the launch in 11 other European countries include Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, France, the Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal and the United Kingdom, and brings the total of Zara Online to 16 countries.
