General Summary:
This position manages the business relationship between the major accounts, sales representatives and the company.
Major Responsibilities:
- Maintains and builds relationships with key decision makers
- Reviews trends with buyers
- Implements season profitability plans
- Reviews weekly sales performance
- Analyzes customer business opportunities
- Conducts presentations and meetings with key customers
- Recommends and implements marketing strategies
- Participates in shoe shows
- Coordinates merchandising
Job Specific Requirements:
- Detail-oriented, assertive and able to work in a multi-task, fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service and time management skills essential
Education, Licenses, Certificates, Registrations and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 3 years related experience
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $60,000 - $65,000 Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
