New Zealand-based Alchemy Equipment has partnered with Toronto-based Parnters Growth for distribution and representation in the U.S. and Canada. Alchemy Equipment first launched in the U.S. as the Outdoor Retailer Winter Market Show in 2015.
“We were quite overwhelmed by the enthusiastic market response,” says Frank Spiewack, vice president for global sales at Alchemy Equipment. “We just wanted to test the water a bit and start networking and walked away with nine great accounts from across the US for the first season. This put a lot of pressure on us to build a strong market structure and dedicated team to serve the U.S. With Partners Growth, we have found the ideal partner to build our brand in North America.”

Partners Growth recently appointed former Paragon Sports buyer, Chris Hawson, as the National Sales Director for Alchemy Equipment and their first season to market Alchemy Equipment will be Spring/Summer 2017.
Alchemy's known for creating performance based apparel and luggage with a well-tailored, modern aesthetic. To do this, the company uses a mix of innovative and traditional textiles and construction techniques.
The company was founded in 2013 by former Macpac co-owner and creative director Campbell Juror. The products are now sold in over 70 stores and 10 countries.
