Aptos Inc. officially acquires TXT Retail

Retail technology solution company Aptos, Inc. just announced that it has completed its acquisition of TXT Retail, global provide of merchandise lifecycle management (MLM) solutions for apparel and luxury goods. Announced on October 3, the company will now be known as TXT Retail, an Aptos company.
