Chinese investor CPE acquires Mammut

Swiss outdoor outfitter Mammut Sports Group AG has a new owner. On Thursday, the mountain sports specialist announced that Chinese investment firm CPE has signed an agreement to acquire Mammut from Jacobs Capital.
