Grand Capital Ventures acquires Yuka Clothing

Grand Capital Ventures Inc. has completed the acquisition of Florida-based e-commerce company Yuka Clothing. From now on, Yuka will be a wholly-owned subsidiary of Grand Capital Ventures, the company informed in a statement. No further details about the acquisition were revealed.
