Kanye West is developing a Yeezy "sample lab" in Wyoming

Kanye West is bringing his Yeezy footwear label to Cody, Wyoming - a small town with a population of around 10,000. Local publication Cody Enterprise reported that West's company submitted a site plan to the city's zoning board proposing to turn an industrial park into a prototype lab.

Yeezy was formerly headquartered in Calabasas, California, yet West recently moved the company to Cody. There are currently around 30 Yeezy employees based in the Cody area, according to Hypebeast.

He has been sharing plans to bring the line's production entirely to the U.S. to promote sustainable manufacturing. The new sample lab would be set within a 11,300 square foot warehouse and employ 10 to 20 staff members.
