MySize Q2 results: revenue up, gross margin contracts

Fashion technology company MySize, Inc. (MySize) has reported its financial results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2026. Total revenue for the three-month period reached 3.07 million dollars, representing a 53 percent increase compared to 2.01 million dollars in the second quarter of 2025.

For the first six months of 2026, revenue expanded 57 percent to 5.46 million dollars, up from 3.49 million dollars in the prior-year period. The top-line growth was supported by the ongoing expansion of the group’s fashion e-commerce activities, alongside contributions from newly acquired businesses such as Ten Peacks.

Chief executive officer of MySize, Ronen Luzon, said: “During the second quarter, MySize continued to demonstrate that we can build scale across a diversified fashion platform. Revenue increased 53% year-over-year and exceeded three million dollars for the quarter, while our SaaS and recommerce businesses continued to demonstrate the attractive margin characteristics that we believe can become increasingly important to the overall economics of the Company and its subsidiaries.”

Revenue shift impacts gross margin profile

Gross profit for the second quarter stood at 973,000 dollars, compared to 1.12 million dollars in the second quarter of 2025. Gross margin contracted to 31.7 percent from 56 percent in the prior-year period.

The company stated that the gross margin adjustment reflected a shift in revenue mix, as lower-margin direct e-commerce activities accounted for a larger proportion of consolidated quarterly turnover compared to its software-as-a-service (SaaS) and recommerce segments.

Operating loss for the second quarter widened to 1.72 million dollars, compared to an operating loss of 586,000 dollars in the second quarter of 2025. Net loss reached 1.75 million dollars, compared to 450,000 dollars in the previous year.

For the first six months of 2026, gross profit reached 1.91 million dollars, up from 1.54 million dollars in the first half of 2025. Six-month operating loss stood at 3.13 million dollars, compared to 1.65 million dollars, while net loss for the half-year totaled 3.13 million dollars against 1.51 million dollars in the prior period.

Fashion e-commerce generated 2.23 million dollars in revenue during the second quarter, Resale, represented by Percentil, generated 413,000 dollars revenue, up from 168,000 dollars in the second quarter of 2025. SaaS Solutions, including Naiz Fit, delivered 211,000 dollars in revenue with a gross margin of approximately 86 percent and cost of revenues of 30,000 dollars and other activities, including Ten Peacks, contributed 213,000 dollars in quarterly revenue.

Luzon added: “As we enter the second half of 2026, our priorities are evolving. Growth remains important, but our focus is increasingly on the quality of that growth — improving contribution margins, increasing the proportion of higher-margin revenues, extracting greater operating leverage from our existing infrastructure and reducing cash consumption.”
