New posture bra from Etalon secure’s FDA registration

California-based brand Etalon has received registration from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for its newly launched posture bra.

The Etalon posture bra, now recognized as an FDA-registered posture-support garment, aids women in maintaining proper back alignment throughout the day, effectively preventing back pain while seamlessly integrating into the modern woman's lifestyle.

The FDA registration confirms that the bra, which was previously approved by UCSF orthopedic experts, meets its standards to aid with posture correction. As such, the brand and its posture bra are now eligible for Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) purchases, ensuring the bra is financially accessible for more customers in need of posture alignment.

According to the parent company, Wear Etalon Corporation, approximately 65 million Americans experience poor posture, and 40 percent report suffering from sciatica. Lower back pain, often resulting from prolonged computer use and a sedentary lifestyle, is among the most prevalent conditions in the United States, affecting 25 percent of adults.

This issue is particularly challenging for women with large busts, whether naturally large or due to changes from pregnancy, aging, or other factors. Research indicates that an increase in breast size can exacerbate upper back pain, with each size increment contributing to a 13 percent likelihood of developing such pain.

The Etalon posture bra, developed by Kristina Rudzinskaya, a STOTT-certified Pilates and Yoga instructor, is designed to help women with posture alignment, handling spine conditions and back pains while helping women with a larger bust by additional support and even weight distribution. It features unique patent-pending technology that gently guides shoulder blades to their optimal position without stressing the body.
