NFL player Drew Brees joins Untuckit as investor

Casual apparel brand Untuckit has announced that Drew Brees, the quarterback of New Orleans Saints, has joined the company as both brand ambassador and investor. The athlete already invests in a number of companies from different sectors, including sandwich franchise Jimmy John’s, and Walk-On’s Bistreaux & Bar.

“I’m so glad to be working with Untuckit. I’ve loved the shirt the moment I put it on, and after doing some research and seeing their incredible success, I knew this was a brand I wanted to be involved with”, said Brees in a statement.

”When we initially met to discuss working together, his knowledge of the brand blew me away. He came prepared with 20 pages of notes and questions about our EBITDA”, said Untuckit founder Chris Riccobono.

Founded in 2011, Untuckit is best known for its menswear line including T-shirts, polos and performance wear. Recently, the brand has also introduced line for women and children. Untuckit currently operates 32 stores across the United States and plans to add 15 more shops to its portfolio in 2018.
