Revolve, known as a leading online retailer, is set to buy Alliance Apparel.

Alliance Apparel, headquartered in Los Angeles, has sold on Revolve since 2011 with its first label “Lovers + Friends.” The group, led by Raissa Gerona and Mitch Moseley, recently joined forces with Revolve in order to promote growth and expansion with their labels.

Revolve is known for its shopping experience that offers an e-commerce alternative for millennial customers. This successful brand works with several luxury fashion names (such as Elyse Walker), catering to the L.A. consumer. Alliance Apparel Group can add brands such as Tularosa and NBD to Revolve in order to suitably fit the needs of Revolve’s target audience.

According to WWD, Revolve told the publication it expects to end 2015 with about 400 million in sales. Last year, the company closed with about half of that in sales.

The Alliance Apparel Group’s brands are currently sold at over 400 retailers worldwide. The company is projected for about 18 million in gross sales for 2015, increasing in 140 percent from last year.
